Emotional Mastery

Taking control and ending the shame

Have you reached the point that you feel useless and incapable as a mother because no matter how hard you try, you find yourself unable to respond to your children’s needs instead of react?

Do you go to bed at night shaming yourself for messing up, shaming yourself for not being able to smile, shaming yourself for feeling so incredibly sad, tired, overwhelmed, and empty and not knowing what to do?

Most people go through life unable to handle and manage their emotional well-being because they were never taught how to. And so they suffer in silence, suppressing the hurt, the sadness and the emptiness until they can’t hide it any longer.

The suppressed emotion eventually bursts out in an uncontrollable rage or continuous deepening sadness that cripples…

Sis, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to be that way.

Understanding emotions and what is causing them is an incredibly powerful skill that helps you understand why you get triggered so you can take control of them…without shaming yourself.

When you can understand, manage and calm your emotions, it allows you to:

Go from survival mode to thriving mode

Respond to your children and circumstances instead of reacting to them

Communicate more effectively

Build connection in your relationships

Improve self-esteem, self-worth and confidence

Model what emotional resilience looks like for your children

Parent through love, not fear

During this two-part pre-recorded training you'll further develop your understanding of what’s going on if you’re finding yourself struggling to cope with your emotions, experiencing anger, frustration, depression and despair in such a way that it is impacting your ability to cope with everyday life and challenges.

This workshop will show you how to understand yourself and your emotions with insight and compassion so that you can start to move forward instead of constantly being to ransom by emotional hijacking.

By the end of this workshop you will...

Discover why your emotions are showing up

Get insight into why your emotions impact you

Be able to calm the voice inside your head that shames you

Be able to better respond to your children instead of react

Be able to soothe difficult emotions so that you can start to heal

Bonus Workshop

For the first time ever, when signing up to view without membership, I'm giving you access to an earlier workshop replay we held last year titled "Controlling The Trigger".

You'll have the replay and accompanying workbook.

We all know children need warmth, kindness, compassion and respect. Yet, despite knowing this and learning intentional parenting strategies, mumas still complain they’re unable to control their reactions when buttons are pressed—unleashing a storm of anger, frustration and impatience that is fueled by an unknown rage.

It’s a cycle that perpetuates constant self-criticism, feelings of failure and damages relationships with children.

It’s incredibly difficult if not impossible, to parent successfully and help your children manage their own emotions if you are unable to manage and regulate yours first.

The reality is, 99% of parenting isn’t about controlling your child’s behaviours. It’s about managing your own.

To do that, you must have a greater sense of self-awareness so you can understand where your anger, frustration and impatience is stemming from….because trust me when I tell you, more often than not it isn’t coming from your child.

The reaction you have to your child, is often a symptom of something else, a deeper wound that is being pressed upon and causing pain. In this bonus training, we’re going to dig a little bit further and take a look at healing the wound beneath that plaster so it doesn’t continue to bleed.
